The competition jury, comprising representatives of the Republican Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, state associations, and the business community, identified the most prominent top managers of the year in Belarus for over thirty years. Candidates were nominated by industry ministries and regional government bodies. Therefore, the current recognition of the achievements of the bank’s Chairperson, Iryna Patapava – the only woman in the country holding such a senior position, – is a strong testament to her professionalism.
